Pure Sine Wave Inverter Integrated with Charger
KS series inverter with charger has built-in pure sine wave inverter circuit. The design of it is based on the intelligent chip circuit. It has AC charge and solar charge. The features of the integrative machine are high efficiency, stable, full protection functions, easy installation and operation. It is suitable for all kinds of places which need to convert DC into AC, especially suitable for solar photovoltaic power system.2.AttentionsConnect the DC input according to the requirement strictly, too high or too low input may cause problems even destroy the integrative machine.Due to switching power supply and battery voltage and current have different characteristics, the use of switching power supply may damage the integrative machine.Pease make sure the air ventilation clearance around the integrative machine is more than 10cm.The wire connects between battery and the integrative machine should be shorter than 1.5m, the current density should be less than 3.5A/ mm²(we suggest that the line width ≥6mm²) .It is recommended that a fuse or circuit breaker should be connected in series between battery and the integrative machine.Do not put the integrative machine close to the flooded lead-acid battery because the sparkle in the terminals may ignite the hydrogen released by the battery, which may cause fire!It's an off-grid the integrative machine, if connect to the grid, the integrative machine may be damaged.This integrative machine can only be used singly, parallel connection or in series will damage the integrative machine.Do not attempt to repair the fault integrative machine yourself, otherwise it may lead to a serious accident.3.Inverter OperationBefore using this equipment, we need to check the input terminal is well connected or not. The output terminal is disconnected or 'OFF', press the 'ON' button on the front panel. In order to avoid the protections resulted from the peak power, please turn on AC loads one by one after the output of the inverter is normal.Long press the 'OFF' button for 3 seconds, the integrative machine shut down automatically.
lProtectionsOutput Short Circuit Protection
When the integrative machine output terminal short circuit occurs, the output will close immediately, at this time you should reduce or clear the loads and then restart the inverter manually.Reverse Polarity ProtectionWhen the integrative machine input polarity is reversed, the internal fuse may be burnt and damage the inverter circuit.Input Low Voltage ProtectionThe output is switched off when the input voltage is lower than low voltage protect value (10.5-10.7V). It restarts automatically when the battery voltage higher than low voltage recover value(12-12.3V). If the output could not restart
automatically, the user can manually restart the inverter to switch on output by pressing the 'OFF' button for 3 seconds and then press the 'ON' button.Input Over Voltage ProtectionThe output is switched off when the input voltage is higher than over voltage shut off value(15.6V). It restarts automatically when the battery voltage drops to safety voltage value(12.2-13V). If the output could not restart automatically, the user can manually restart the inverter to switch on output by pressing the 'OFF' button for 3 seconds and then press the 'ON' button.
For safety sake, the battery voltage should not exceed 13.2V!
Fault ProtectionThe integrative machine will shut down when the output voltage is error or when the inverter has inner fault.Over Temperature ProtectionThe integrative machine will shut off when the internal temperature is overheating. And it restarts automatically when the temperature recovers to the normal level.
